Policies**If you must cancel, please respect our time and other clients and do so at least 24 hours prior to your services. A last-minute cancellation or a no-show will be charged for missed appointment.
**Please make us aware of any gift certificates or any other coupons upon booking your appointment and bring them with you to your appointment.
**Fees may also be deducted from gift card balances for cancellations without proper notice.
**Please allow plenty of travel time. Sevierville is known for its traffic, so be prepared. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, at your expense.
**No refunds on services after you leave the salon.
